1. Who These Terms Bind

These Terms are a contract between you and Venture Click LLC, operator of Ad-Venture. By accessing or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Adults Only (18+)

Ad-Venture indexes content intended for adults. By entering the site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that it is legal for you to view adult material where you live. Residents of U.S. states that require age verification must complete verification before accessing content.

3. What Ad-Venture Is

Ad-Venture is an indexing and discovery service. We do not host video content. All playback, subscriptions, and purchases happen on third-party studio and distributor sites. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, billing practices, or privacy policies.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Many links on Ad-Venture are affiliate links. If you click one and subscribe or purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this in compliance with FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror, or republish Ad-Venture content without written permission.
  • Circumvent age verification or any other access control.
  • Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or to probe for vulnerabilities.
  • Impersonate any performer, studio, or person.
  • Use the site in any way that violates the law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Ad-Venture's layout, code, text, and original graphics are our property or licensed to us. Performer names, studio logos, cover art, and trailer stills remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use / nominative use for indexing and attribution purposes. 7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that links will remain live.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Click LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Venture Click LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
