Who We Are

Ad-Venture is an indexing and discovery service — we do not host video content. Most interactions happen on third-party studio sites we link to; their privacy policies apply once you click through.

What We Collect

Automatic. IP address, approximate location (derived from IP — country & U.S. state only, never street-level), browser user-agent, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps.

Cookies & local storage. Analytics (Google Tag Manager / GA4), affiliate click attribution, and — in U.S. states with age-verification laws — a short-lived session flag recording that you self-attested to being 18+. You can disable cookies in your browser.

Things you send us. Emails, contact-form submissions, and DMCA or correction notices — whatever you choose to include.

What we don't collect. We do not collect government ID, biometric data, or face scans. Age assurance on Ad-Venture is based on geographic routing and self-attestation — see below.

How Age Assurance Works

U.S. state laws vary. Our approach:

• Restricted states. For visitors whose IP resolves to a U.S. state with an active age-verification statute, Ad-Venture is not available. These visitors are shown a notice and are not granted access to indexed content.
• Everywhere else. Visitors confirm they are 18+ via an on-site attestation before viewing content. We store a short-lived session flag recording the attestation; we do not store identity documents or biometric data.

If we ever introduce a third-party identity-verification vendor for specific states, this section will be updated to name the vendor and describe what data they receive before any verification is required.

How We Use It

• Operate, secure, and improve the site.
• Route visitors correctly under U.S. state age-verification laws.
• Measure affiliate click-through and conversion so studios pay us correctly.
• Detect fraud, scraping, and abuse.
• Respond to valid legal process and rights-holder notices.

Who We Share It With

• Analytics: Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4).
• Hosting & content delivery: commercial hosting and CDN providers that operate the servers and caches serving this site. They process request metadata (IP, URL, timestamp) to deliver pages and block abuse.
• Affiliate networks: when you click a studio link, the destination receives a referral token so the studio can attribute your visit to us. They set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policy.
• Law enforcement: when required by valid legal process or to prevent imminent harm.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK residents under the GDPR/UK GDPR. To exercise any of these, email success@venture-click.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Retention

• Analytics logs: 14 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Age-attestation session flag: 24 hours.
• Access logs (IP, UA, URL): 30 days.
• Email correspondence: 2 years unless a legal hold applies.

Children

Ad-Venture is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email success@venture-click.com and we will delete it immediately.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
