Accordingly, Ad-Venture qualifies for the exemption set forth in 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. §230 and is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 for content indexed on this site are kept by the original producers. Please direct all 2257-related inquiries to the studio that produced the work in question — each film page on Ad-Venture links to the producing studio.

Takedown & Age Disputes
