DMCA Takedown Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-23
Overview
Ad-Venture respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and partners to do the same. This policy describes how to submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and how we process those notices.
Ad-Venture is an indexing/aggregation service. We do not host video content. Links on Ad-Venture point to third-party studios and distributors. If content you own appears at a destination we link to, please also contact that destination directly — we can remove the link, but only the host can remove the file.
How to Submit a Notice
Send a written notice (email is fine) to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — ideally the full Ad-Venture page URL(s).
- Your contact information — address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
